No<\/strong><\/b><b><strong>  <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>is a substitute for reading the full version below.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Before you make a booking, please check carefully all details and any restrictions relating to a Service.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure, as it is your sole responsibility, that any medical or other allergy\/health information is disclosed to the company prior to your appointment or stay.<\/li>\n<li>The business reserves the right to deactivate a Customer&#8217;s bookingfortify.com account in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Booking and\/or when the Customer acts in an inappropriate, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner towards the business&#8217;s Service Team or employees, either by communicating by telephone or email, or in person at the business&#8217;s premises.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to reschedule a scheduled booking (and provided that rescheduling (where applicable) is not prohibited by these Booking Terms and Conditions), this may be requested and completed:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>By direct communication with the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>The rules on cancellation differ depending on whether you have made a reservation for a specific date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>You can cancel an order <b><br \/>\n  <strong>a scheduled reservation<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b>if the appointment is not going to take place in the next 24, 48 or 72 hours, as specified by the business. In these cases we can offer you a full refund. However, if the appointment is to take place within the next 24, 48 or 72 hours, as specified by the company, you are not entitled to a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>  It is therefore very important that you read carefully the cancellation terms available If you would like to speak to us, please contact our team and we will be happy to help you:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><br \/>\n  <strong>Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions before completing any transaction through the Website, or <\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n  <strong>mobile<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b><b><strong> <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>web<\/strong><\/b><b><strong> <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>app<\/strong><\/b><b><strong>  as these Booking Terms and Conditions will apply to your transaction. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions of Booking for future reference\/use. If you do not agree to the Booking Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Website, the App or the  <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>mobile<\/strong><\/b><b><strong> <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>web<\/strong><\/b><b><strong> <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>app<\/strong><\/b><b><strong> <\/strong><\/b><b><strong> <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>to make a reservation.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><b><strong>Definitions<\/strong><\/b>\n<ol>\n<li>For convenience, the following terms shall have the following meanings in these Terms and Conditions of Booking:\n<ol>\n<li>&#8220;<b><br \/>\n  <strong>Customer&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b>, means you, the purchaser for the purchase of any Services, or products<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<b><br \/>\n  <strong>Scheduled Reservation&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b> means an appointment at a specific time\/date for the provision of Services, whether this is made via the Company&#8217;s Website or mobile web app<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<b><br \/>\n  <strong>eVoucher&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b> means an eVoucher sold on the Business Website or mobile web app which can be redeemed for the purchase of Services<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<b><br \/>\n  <strong>business<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b> means providers of goods and services that offer their goods and services for sale via the Business&#8217;s website or mobile web app<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<b><br \/>\n  <strong>Services&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b> means any products, goods and\/or services of a business that are offered for purchase or booking through the business&#8217;s Website or mobile web app<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>For Scheduled Bookings (excluding Spa Bookings), if you wish to reschedule your appointment details (time\/date) (in whole or in part) after receiving an Order Confirmation, provided that your appointment <b><br \/>\n  <strong>will not take place within the next 1 hour<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b>  (or otherwise as specified by the business and as shown on the booking page before you book your appointment), then please do so either via the Website or mobile web app (if applicable), by following the link in your Order Confirmation, contacting us and we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative time and\/or date. Please note that our ability to accommodate your request depends on our availability during the time you wish to reschedule. If we are unable to accommodate your request to reschedule your appointment, whether or not you are entitled to a refund will depend on whether your appointment is to take place within the next 24, 48 or 72 hours (as determined by the relevant Affiliate).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If your appointment <b><br \/>\n  <strong>is not going to take place within the next 24, 48 or 72 hours<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b> (as determined by the business), your appointment will be considered cancelled by you and you will receive a refund; or<\/li>\n<li>If your appointment <b><br \/>\n  <strong>is to take place within the next 24, 48 or 72 hours<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b> (as determined by the business), your appointment will be considered cancelled by you and you will not receive a refund.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that you cannot reschedule your appointment details (time\/date) (in whole or in part) when your appointment is due to take place within the next 1 hour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Please note that, as set out in the Terms of Use, Website of the business or mobile web app we reserve the right to revoke access to the Website and\/or mobile web app and\/or cancel any order in the event that any credit check or fraud prevention check is not successful or where we have reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering by you or someone using your account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><b><br \/>\n  <strong>Services<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/b>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All Services displayed on the Business Website or mobile web app are subject to availability and the images and\/or descriptions of the Services on the Business Website or mobile web app are indicative only and the actual Services may differ from such images and\/or descriptions and prices.<\/li>\n<li>If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill or are not as described. If you have a complaint or issue, you can contact the Consumer Ombudsman and\/or the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Reservation affects these legal rights.<\/li>\n<li>It is your (or the individual receiving the Services) sole responsibility to disclose to the business in advance any medical or health-related conditions and\/or special needs that may affect or be affected by any Services (for example, but not limited to, information about allergies and health issues). If you (or the relevant recipient of the Services) fail to disclose any such information to the business, it will not be liable to you (or the recipient of the Services) for any damage, loss or harm arising from the Services and could reasonably have been avoided if you (or the recipient of the Services) had disclosed such information before receiving the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/b>\n<ol>\n<li><b><strong><u>Spa reservations<\/u><\/strong><\/b>\n<ol>\n<li><b><strong>IMPORTANT: SPA RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION, UNLESS THE COMPANY  <\/strong><\/b><b><strong> <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>ALLOW THIS CANCELLATION. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE CANCELLATION TERMS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND THAT YOU ARE CLEAR WHETHER THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER IS ALLOWED BY THE COMPANY IN QUESTION  <\/strong><\/b><b><strong> <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>OR NOT, AND THEREFORE WHETHER YOU ARE PREPARED TO ENTER INTO A PARTNER AGREEMENT ON THAT BASIS.<\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<li>You may cancel (in whole or in part) a Scheduled Booking (excluding Spa Bookings) up to 24, 48 or 72 hours (as determined by the relevant Partner) before your appointment and we can offer you a full refund via the original payment method. However, if you cancel your booking within 24, 48 or 72 hours (as determined by the relevant Partner) before your appointment, you will not be entitled to a refund.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations of Scheduled Bookings (excluding spa bookings) must be made in one of the following ways:\n<ol>\n<li>directly with the company<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE CANCELLATION IS ATTEMPTED 24, 48 OR 72 HOURS (AS DETERMINED BY THE RESPONSIBLE COMPANY) OR LESS FROM THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.<\/li>\n<li>PLEASE NOTE THAT IF AN EVOUCHER HAS EXPIRED YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR CREDIT VOUCHER IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL.<\/li>\n<li>PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT VOUCHERS WILL BE GIVEN WHEN CANCELLATION IS ATTEMPTED WHEN AN E-VOUCHER HAS BEEN FULLY REDEEMED.<\/li>\n<li>PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT OF AN ATTEMPTED CANCELLATION WHEN AN EVOUCHER HAS BEEN PARTIALLY REDEEMED, NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE PORTION OF THE EVOUCHER THAT HAS BEEN REDEEMED.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>eVouchers<\/strong><\/b>\n<ol>\n<li>When you order an eVoucher, you will need to contact the company yourself in order to set the time and date of the appointment.<\/li>\n<li>The expiry date of an eVoucher will be set by the company and can range from one month to 24 months. The expiry date is indicated on the eVoucher itself.  <b><strong>Please check it carefully and if you are unsure of the expiry date of your eVoucher, please contact us.  <\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Price and payment<\/strong><\/b>\n<ol>\n<li>Prices and any applicable delivery and\/or processing charges will be as stated on the Business Website or mobile web app but may be subject to change by the BUSINESS at any time (in which case the Business Website or mobile web app will be updated accordingly) and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the prices and other information displayed for certain Services may be incorrect. If the correct price of the Service at the time of your order is higher than the price shown, we will contact you for your instructions before accepting your order. If your order has been accepted and an Order Confirmation has been sent to you before the pricing error becomes apparent, if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably be identified by you as a pricing error, we will provide you with the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price, otherwise the order will be cancelled. In case of cancellation of an order, we will refund the amounts you have paid.<\/li>\n<li>Unless it is available and you have selected the option &#8220;Pay at the physical Store&#8221;, payment for all Services must be made at the time of booking in Euros by credit or debit card or through a third party payment processor, such as IRIS, or using an electronic means of payment (viva wallet). If you choose to pay via viva wallet, you will be redirected to their website to make the payment and you will be subject to their terms and conditions, privacy policy.  <b><strong>Please check them carefully before confirming your order<\/strong><\/b>. You will be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your Website or App user ID and any password or other security information you use to access your account on the payment facility. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred to make a payment will be charged to you in addition to the price due to us.<\/li>\n<li>For some Scheduled Bookings, it may be possible to book with &#8220;Pay at the physical store&#8221;. This means that you can place the order but then pay directly to the business at the time of the appointment (i.e. not pay the order in advance via viva wallet).<\/li>\n<li>Please note that when you place an order with &#8220;Pay in Physical Store&#8221; on the Business Website or mobile web app, you are still entering into a legally binding contract in relation to the order and once your order confirmation is sent and the Contract with the Business is established , you must pay the Business in full when you (or the recipient of the services) show up for the appointment. If you fail to turn up for an appointment for which you have not paid, you will still be liable to the business for the full amount due under the Business Contract unless it is cancelled in accordance with clause 5. In any case, the Company&#8217;s Contract is subject to these Booking Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation period chosen by the Company.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of orders with &#8220;Pay at the physical store&#8221; you do not enter into a legally binding contract in relation to the order and, therefore, you have the possibility to cancel until the moment the appointment is made.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Our right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Booking<\/strong><\/b>\n<ol>\n<li>We may revise these Terms and Conditions of Booking from time to time in the following circumstances:\n<ol>\n<li>if we change the process of accepting payments.<\/li>\n<li>if there are changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and\/or<\/li>\n<li>if there are other changes to our business that reasonably mean that we need to amend these Booking Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>General\n<ol>\n<li>If any of these Terms and Conditions of Detention is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision shall be severed to that extent from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions, which shall continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/li>\n<li>These Terms and Conditions of Booking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. You and we agree that the courts of Greece (Athens) will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the order and\/or provision of Services through the Company&#8217;s Website or mobile web app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with Directive 2013\/11\/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by means of Directive 70330\/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. If as a customer you have the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside of a professional capacity) and you have any problem with a purchase\/reservation made from the Website you can proceed to the ADR procedure through the single pan-European platform for electronic dispute resolution (the EDR platform) available at  <a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/odr\/main\/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.\">https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/odr\/main\/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.<\/a><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
